Huacaya Alpacas Sold

Sugar was a surprise when she came out black and white from a fawn sire and blue-eyed, white dam! She has a very curious demeanor and her fleece is beautifully soft with some crimp and an amazing shine to it. We were up against some incredibly stiff competition while in the 2024 Quebec show and while our beloved Sugar didn't come home with a ribbon, she sure won the hearts of visitors with her spectacular patterning. As much as we love Sugar, she just doesn't male the cut for our breeding program. She does not love to be walked, but she will eat from your hand and be social with you.

Born to our Top Gun themed group, Jasper arrived to this world on a nice sunny day and it matches his personality. He appears as a dark bay but he is jet black under all that sunkiss tipped fleece. His dam is a grey/black infused twin and sire was a grey (deceased now). We have been working with Jasper to get him weaned and used to eating from the hand. He is progressing nicely! Halter training will be next.

Xander is one confident little boy who demonstrates independence and boasts the most amazing white fleece we have ever seen on our farm. The crimp in his fleece is fantastic. Looking forward to seeing how he turns out as an adult male, as we think he has blue eyes!

Rowan is as cute as they come and being the offspring of his dam, ITTY BITTY, he also takes after her small, compact stature. Rowan would be the perfect "mini" alpaca if mini alpacas existed! He exhibits long, soft fleece and some character, we are offering him up to a new home because of his compact stature. We are looking forward to seeing what his fleece will be like after his fist sheering and what coloring he may exhibit under all that fleece. He does have black on him, so he will continue to grow more handsome as he gets older.

Argon is part of Elements of the Periodic Table collection. Born true black to Verica, this little fella has a fabulous disposition and amazingly crimpy fleece.

RAAF MISS 613 FREYJA is a bit of a drama queen, but she has come around from a timid, scared cria, to a confident and strong juvenile! Daughter of TM CAMILLIO'S KENDALL, she is exhibiting some beautiful fine fibre that is consistent throughout the blanket. With the very stiff competition at the 2024 Alpaga Quebec show, Freyja did not place in her class. There were some 10 animals in the class and some of left the ring with a heads up, maybe next time attitude!

Part of our Top Gun theme is Goose! This guy has phenomenal fleece for his cria fleece. He has a shy personality and likes to stick further back and check you out before thinking of coming close to you. His Mom is bay black and his dad is brown.

Baxter is one handsome little fella! He woo's the ladies with his beautiful blue eyes and his beautiful silver fleece under all that red fleece. He placed third in the juvenile grey category at the Alpaca Ontario Spring Show 2025. He was said to have nice crimp style, long staple length, however lacked the density that was seen in the first place alpaca. Regardless, he still has excellent fleece for any processing. At the 2025 shearing, his fleece will be sent off for fibre testing. Baxter currently holds a place in our herd as an Alpaca Walking animal with our agritourism. He is a confident and wonderful walker, well halter trained and takes excellent selfies. Baxter is for sale for $2000. He tested BVD negative, and has had his selenium, A/D shots and vaccines. He comes with his awards and the current year's fibre testing.

Pasture bred to Grey Whisper Summer 2018, July 29/19 - Miss Sally delivered a brown female cria (CCA Red Girl). Bred to Mountain Boy's Reflection for 2020, August 22, 2021 Miss Sally delivered a brown female cria (OTB DarDar's Reflection). Bred to grade alpaca for 2021 cria - pregnancy did not take. 2021/08/01 - bred to LSFF Remington's Amber Ace (Fawn), due 2022/07/07. So far, 2 for 2 brown females. In 2022, Sally had a fawn, female cria, followed by another female cria. She is currently bred to an unregistered male and due at the end of July/beginning of August.

Cappucine, also affectionately called LaToya on our farm came to us in Sept 2022 from a farm in QC that closed down. Her condition was brought back up to par and she was bred to our herdsire Remy, giving us a beautiful female cria, we named RAAF Halocene's Miracle. She was a preemie, but LaToya did amazing with allowing us to nurture Halo so she could get strong enough to stand to nurse. Halo is now one of our strongest female cria. LaToya is the most noticed female of our herd because of her white top knot. Her cria tend to be multi colored, with neck patterns. She is a great Mom and we love the patterns her cria throw. She is bred to our new herdsire, High Plains HighKurumba, a white male, and is due around July 24, 2024.

Esmeralda came to us in September 2022 from a Quebec farm that closed down and was bred to a non-registered male. In July, 2023, she gave birth to Allister, a super cute little male with crimp and dense fibre that we are 1000% striving for. Only problem...he can't be registered because the Dad wasn't registered. However, his grandparents and subsequent grandparents, great grandparents are all registered, so we are hoping to get little Allister in the books! We have great news, Allister is in the books as 0% as we cannot find the Dad, so at least we can show him and use him in our breeding program! Esmeralda has been rebred for 2024 to our herdsire Remy. He has been producing greys with our Rose grey females so we are hoping for a grey female out of this duo this year! She is a fabulous dam and very attentive to her cria. She is gentle and more reserved than the other females in the herd, but is just so kind and sweet. We will be keeping her on farm for a few more years. On July 24, 2024 Esmeralda gave birth to a rose grey male, we have named London Boy.

Jordan does not like people, she tolerates them! She will eat from your hand and will socialize, but she is quite aloof. This dam is a master at giving us beautiful crias, and so far she has given us 3 males! 1. RAAF ECHO OF GOOSE 2. CHARLIE'S IN TROUBLE 2024 is no exception with a beautiful light fawn male we call RAAF SPARKLING CHAMPAGNE. This little boy has incredibly long staple length fleece! She is rebred to AVEREGAN's ARGO for 2025.

Verica came to us from Arriba Linea Farms and we are so excited to have leveled up in the show world with the addition of her. Verica is another true black daughter from Grayson & Vivianna and her first cria was a gorgeous dark brown male sired by Aerosmith! Her second cria is a gorgeous girl sired by Triton. Verica gave birth to a female cria, sired by Arriba Synergy and this girl is a beautiful fawn. We have yet to see any evidence of harlequin in her, but we are hoping that this will show as she gets bigger....and we have named her Arriba KARMA! 2025- Verica delivered a beautiful true black male! With this combo, Verica has been bred to Averegan's Argo for a 2026 cria and we are hoping for a beauty!

Remy is a FANTASTIC herdsire. He knows his job and has amazing fleece with a Snowmass breeding history. He has a very friendly, calm, curious demeanor. He is extremely handsome and will throw his head like he knows it. If you want some extremely soft fibre in your herd, at the age of 7, his microns are 19.6 with an SD of 4.1. For his age, amazing!

3X CHAMPION BLACK! A BAY BLACK SON of 5X Supreme Champion SVA Ashton's Deefender! Prosper is new to our farm in 2023 and has yet to breed with any of our females. We are hoping to see some offspring from him in 2025 and look forward to see what this handsome fella can do with his genetics. We took him to the Royal Winter Agricultural Fair in November 2023 and he pulled First in his class of mature black males, beating out our 8x champion Averegan's Argo. Prosper stands tall and has a broad frame with strong facial features. He is a sweet male who minds his own business and will come for treats when we enter the paddock. He is wonderful to have in our herd. Prosper is built like a tank. Really solid conformation and a beautiful head style. His first fleece had very long staple and good uniformity. Once that was shorn, he showed much better crimp style and the brightness that we would expect from him. : ) Prosper's first cria arrived in 2019 and wow is she adorable. Prosper's second cria is a solid true black girl!!!

The first steel grey boy on our farm to be our next stud in 2024.

CCA Maverick was the first born on our farm in 2022! He is a beautiful fawn with a fantastic darker fawn colored strip down his back. He is the most brave of our 2023 crias and is confident with eating from your hands. His dam KPF Kensington Nikita was a dark fawn/true black Momma. His sire, BRF Mountain Boy was grey. Unfortunately Maverick's parents have both passed away. He was 5 months old when his Momma passed away in the paddock. His aunts all took good care of him and he has one of the sweetest personalities I have seen from our crias. I would love to see what this boy could produce as a herdsire. Maverick's cria fleece (2023 shearing) came back at an amazing 14.2 microns with a standard deviation of 2.9. These are phenomenal results and we are really looking forward to seeing what his yearling fleece comes back as.

Proven daughter of Peruvian Accoyo Camilio Jr. She delivered a black female in 2017 sired by Grey Whisper and a black male in 2018 sired by Kona Alyst. Kendall is rebred to Grey Whisper for 2019. Sept 5/19 -Kendall delivered a black male Bred to Mountain Boy's Reflection for 2020 Kendall has wonderful fleece for her age and she has a pattern of producing dark colored males. While it took her about 18 months to realize we wouldn't hurt her, she decided that eating out of our hands was not such a bad thing. In August of 2021, Kendall gave birth to a bay colored male from a grade male alpaca with fantastic fleece. June 2023 - Fawn female from LSFF Remington's Amber Ace. Kendall has been bred back to High Plains High Kurumba on 2023/07/06 (due date of 2024/06/16) but she did NOT like him! She cushed for the younger Remy on 2023/08/04 and is due around 2024/07/05. She definitely likes the younger males!

Prada and her twin sister Pandora were born in 2009 at Fancy Fleece Farm and were featured in the September 2009 issue of the Camelid Quarterly. Their sire is the well known herdsire Tell Vivace and their dam is SNF Black Pearl. Prada & Pandora are both very nice looking females with excellent conformation and beautiful fine fibre. Prada delivered: 2017 - brown female sired by High Plains Elvis 2019 - a grey female sired by Grey Whisper 2020 - a fawn female sired by Mountain Boy's Reflection 2022 - a bay male (Jasper) sired by Mountain Boy's Reflection 2023- no cria 2024- no cria, rebred to Argo August 12 for cria due Jul18, 2025 Prada is full of attitude but produces beautiful cria even at her age. Her fleece is still great for processing. While she is registered as a true black, she is more of a dark grey. She is a good Mom and tentative to her cria.

Kerri was a maiden in 2020 when she came to us. She was bred in summer of 2020 to an unregistered male and gave birth to twins in 2021. The first cria survived and the second cria was born still born. The surviving cria, Griffin, went on to another farm. In 2021, Kerri was bred to Remy to a 2022 cria and she delivered, unassisted, a BEAUTIFUL black male cria (MJ's MAN IN THE MIRROR) with markings exactly like her. She is an amazing dam and very attentive to her cria. She is very friendly and will eat out of your hand and be your best friend. Shearing time, she is the worst screamer and spitter in the herd. We love her dearly and are happy to have her in our herd! She was bred again to Remy for 2023, but it did not take, so we will try again in spring of 2024 with our new black herdsire Prosper.....OR SO WE THOUGHT!! Either I forgot she was hand bred or Remy got into the girls paddock for just enough time to do the deed!! Kerri had a beautiful male cria on May 12, 2024, unassisted, and I will say she hid that pregnancy VERY well, much like she hid the twins. It will be hard to move this girl along, but we have decided to put her up for sale for another farm to love her. She was bred to 3x champion 7 HEAVEN PROSPER for a cria due around 2025/05/14.

Rainbow came to us in summer of 2022 as a maiden. She is a feisty girl who will sneak in to get all the food she can. She will eat from your hand and can walk on a halter, but she is not happy about it. Bred to Remy for 2023. July 13, 2023 Rainbow gave unassisted birth to a little rose grey girl we named RAAF CHINOOK'S SILVER FIRE. July 13, 2024 exactly one year later to the day, Rainbow gave birth to another little girl, a fawn girl we have named RAAF PARIS. Rainbow is bred to Archer for a Thanksgiving cria. This is much too late in the year for our liking, but we will be sure to be home for the arrival of this cria! We will be sure to recheck in May with a spit test to see if the breeding took or not.

D'Arcy was the second born on our farm and the first cria we ever saw come into the world. She has a very special place in our hearts! At one week old, somehow she lost her right eye lash strip. The vet tended to it and now she has a bit of a weepy eye at times, but bears no issues when it comes to feeding or being an alpaca! Sadly, D'Arcy lost her first cria at 9 months gestation, a little male. We are not sure why this occurred, but we were sure to give her a second chance with Remy. We are excited to see how she will do with her second cria and first crack at motherhood. With great success, D'Arcy gave birth to a bay black female weighing in at 25lbs at birth on May 25. She was 364 days gestation, and the cria was big and strong. D'Arcy has been rebred again June 13, 2024 to HIGH PLAINS HIGH KURUMBA.

Itty Bitty might be small but she is a fabulous, tentative dam. She has some fleece discoloration on her shoulder from medication that seems to have bleached her fleece. She does not like to be handled, but will eat from your hand and be all friendly around you, she just does not like human hands! Her first cria was in 2023, a fawn male sired by LSFF Remington's Amber Ace. Registered as RAAF ROWAN'S BITTY ACE, this little fawn has BEAUTIFUL fleece, very long staple length, however lacked the density we are looking for in our breeding farm, so he has moved on to another farm who will show him. While Itty Bitty has never been shown due to covid, she has gone on to start motherhood with a beautiful male cria named Rowan. Itty Bitty has been rebred to 7 HEAVEN PROSPER for a cria in 2025.

Mercedes is a beautiful female who loves to eat grain from your hand and is very friendly. She has not been halter trained. She had her first cria in 2024, a dark bay female named RAAF COCO CHANEL #22. She has been rebred to 3x Champion 7 HEAVEN PROSPER for a cria around June 26, 2025. She had a set of twins, however, I was unable to get home in time to assist with the birth as the first cria was breech. We are sad to say both were stillborn and both were female, grown to full term. Mercedes has been re-bred to Archer for a cria in 2026, breed date July 3, 2025.

WILDLY ARIZONA lives up to her name! Cria of Pandora, she is just like her dam, she takes no sctick from anyone! Born at 413 days gestation, this little girl is as strong as they come. She will eat from your hand and will make nice with you, but when she cops an attitude, she is running and bucking away from you! While Arizona pulled a 6th at the Alpaga Quebec Show 2024, the competition for this class was crazy difficult and the fact we placed was lucky! Looking forward to other shows this year! "Never Miss a Meal" Arizona is bred to Argo for a 2026 cria and it will be interesting to see what we will get from this pairing!
