Alpaca manure, often called "Black Magic or Alpaca Beans," is an excellent, nutrient-rich fertilizer for gardens that improves soil structure, water retention, and plant health without burning plants or requiring aging. Known as a "cold manure," it can be applied directly to garden beds, has a low odor, and contains almost no weed seeds. It is high in nitrogen and potassium.

Key Benefits of Alpaca Manure:

No Burning: Unlike horse or cow manure, alpaca manure is "cold" and can be used immediately, even around delicate plants.

Nutrient Dense: It offers a great balance of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK), essential for strong, healthy plants.

Easy to Use/Collect: Alpacas have "communal dung piles," making collection simple. The pellets can be directly added to soil or used as a top dressing.

No Weed Seeds: Because of their efficient digestive system, seeds do not survive, meaning fewer weeds in your garden.

Improves Soil: It increases the soil’s water-holding capacity, meaning you need to water less.

How to Use in the Garden:

Direct Application: You can directly apply the "beans" to your garden beds without composting them first.

Composting: Although not necessary, composting will speed up the breakdown of the pellets.

Alpaca Tea: Put some manure into a bucket of water for a few days, stir occasionally, and use this mixture to water plants for rapid growth.

Potting Mix: Due to its low odor, it can be mixed into potting soil for containers.

Application Rate: One gallon of manure is usually enough for two large potted plants or one small garden bed
